Short Bio

I am a postdoctoral researcher at at CUHK Information Engineering Department, hosted by Changhong Zhao. I did my Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences (Mechanical Engineering) with Jorge Cortés at UC San Diego, and B.S. + M.S. in Control Science and Engineering with Ligang Wu at HIT Honors School. During my Ph.D., I was a visiting student at CUHK, and was involved in several industrial projects collaborating with NREL and TotalEnergies.

Research Interests

I am broadly interested in Control & Optimization, Machine Learning, and Sustainable Energy Systems. Recently I am particularly interested in the following topics:

• Data-driven control and learning framework through Koopman operator

• Machine learning with structural guarantees through the lens of systems and control theory

• Power flow analysis, control, and optimization in power distribution networks
